Here’s The Problem…

At different times, most mums feel:

  • Exhausted, burnt out and time poor.  

  • Lost in motherhood. They’re disconnected from their “old self & old life” and simultaneously trying to figure out “who am I now?” and “what’s my value and purpose outside of being a mum?”

  • Uncomfortable, insecure and at times confronted by their post baby body. Logically they feel grateful and amazed at what their body has done, but still struggle to fully accept their new body. 

  • Disconnected from their partner intimately. Insecure and unsure or like more of a flat mate than a lover.

  • Struggle setting healthy boundaries or asking for help.

  • Know they need time to themselves, but feel overwhelmed or guilty when they prioritize their needs

  • Guilty when they are reactive, get frustrated or lack patience with their loved ones.

  • Isolated and alone at times. They long to find their “village” of likeminded mummas.

  • Like there may be some lingering traumas, limiting beliefs and “stuff” holding them back in life

Step 1: Nervous System Regulation

Calm becomes your baseline. Respond instead of react. Move through challenging moments with grace and ease. Release survival mode and create a grounded, resilient foundation for yourself and your family. Cultivate patience, presence, and availability — showing up fully for your children, partner, and yourself without being drained or reactive.

Step 2: Rewire Limiting Patterns
Dissolve what’s keeping you stuck. Release guilt, perfectionism, self-doubt, and emotional blocks — and step fully into your power, presence, and joy. Replace outdated patterns with conscious, intentional choices that align with the radiant, empowered woman and mother you’re becoming.

3. Reclaim Your Sovereignty — Self-Led Motherhood

Break free from toxic societal norms, external pressures, and crippling expectations. Step into the driver’s seat of your life: decide how you want to show up as a mother, partner, and woman, and devote yourself to being the best version of you — confident, empowered, and unapologetically self-led.


Step 6: Reclaim Your Identity
This is your deep dive into reconnecting with the woman motherhood is shaping you to become. Together, we explore questions like: “Who am I now?”, “What brings me joy?”, and “What is my purpose?” You’ll gain clarity, confidence, and direction, leaving with a solid sense of self and a plan to step fully into the life and version of yourself you’re ready to embody. Step 4: Reconnect with Your Body
This is where we lovingly address body image and confidence challenges that can arise at any stage of motherhood — including the changes after pregnancy and childbirth. You’ll shift from criticism to reverence, reconnecting with your body as your ally — honoring its wisdom, strength, and beauty. Step fully into a body you feel at home in, confident, embodied, and empowered to move, express, and celebrate life through it.

Step 5: Strengthen Your Relationships
This module is all about nurturing the connections that matter most — with your partner, your friends, and a supportive village of like-minded mothers. You’ll learn to deepen intimacy with your partner, communicate clearly and authentically, and navigate challenges with grounded confidence. Together, we’ll identify what’s not working and give you practical tools to create harmonious, supportive, and fulfilling relationships. You’ll discover how to set healthy boundaries, ask for support without guilt, and cultivate connections that uplift, understand, and celebrate you. This step is transformative, helping you feel more connected, supported, and aligned in all areas of your life.

Hi, I’m Katie!

I know how massive the transition to being a mum is. It affects us physically, mentally, emotionally, hormonally and energetically. It’s something that no one can really prepare us for. But with the right support and resources, it’s something we DO NOT need to struggle through. 

When I first had my son, I lovingly poured myself into motherhood, but in the process I unintentionally ignored my own needs. Which left me feeling exhausted, disconnected, alone and unimportant. I’d watch my partner continuing his hobbies, sleeping (seemingly) well and enjoying regular social outings and would at times feel resentful, frustrated & alone.  

Having been a life coach and professional international speaker in the personal development sector for over 16 years, I knew that I had the power to create a more empowering and fulfilling reality for myself…. and so I did. 

Skip forward a few years; I now have two beautiful children and have figured out how to juggle being an awesome mum and partner, running a business, living my passion, and doing things that light me up. I feel healthy, confident, connected, grounded and fulfilled.
