EASE Practice: This is a powerful 4-step process to help move you from struggle to ease (can be mental struggle, emotional struggle, physical struggle) It will help with anxiety, grief, the uncomfortability of the unknown, all of it.

if you feel like your Nervous System needs some support, you may like to try a daily extended exhales practice. This is a simple, yet powerful, guided breathwork practice that will help you return to baseline—giving you the capacity to show up more grounded, fresh, and intentional in your daily life.

It’s about communicating safety, wiring the habit and expectation within your Nervous System to return to baseline (Ventral Vagal) every morning and every night. 

There are three different difficulty options for you:

Start with the Intermediate version if you feel comfortable, but prioritize ease and calm over pushing yourself too hard. If the intermediate feels too intense, feel free to switch to the beginner version. You can always experiment with the advanced version as you feel more confident.
