My name is Katie and I am a Thrive Programme® Consultant here in Watford.

The Thrive Programme® is a unique psychological training programme that will teach you all you need to know to become the person you want to be. The programme is simple but very effective: these 6 sessions will be life changing!

The Thrive Programme® is not like any programme you will ever have undertaken or heard about before. It differentiates from others in that it develops the cognitive and emotional aspects of YOU and how YOU change your life. You will build up resources gaining insight into yourself, your thinking and your beliefs.

The Thrive Programme® is education, not counselling or therapy. Therapy tends to focus on the therapist and how THEY overcome your issues whereas the Thrive Programme® is quite the opposite. YOU are taught the skills, helping YOU to build strong psychological and emotional foundations enabling YOU to change your life and achieve want you want to in life.
